I’m currently serving as the Adams County Deputy Assessor. With more than two decades of experience in diverse roles within the assessor's office, I have built a successful career as a real estate appraiser, analyst, and GIS Specialist. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Northern Colorado.  My educational foundation in geography and GIS provided me with a deep understanding of spatial relationships and the intricate nuances of the land, skills that are invaluable in the field of property assessment.  I am proficient in numerous areas, including GIS, real estate appraisal, statistics, data analysis, team leadership, and management. My professional satisfaction comes from leveraging these skills to accurately assess the value of Adams County real estate for ad valorem purposes. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and adopting new technologies in the field to enhance the accuracy of property appraisals.
